Latin American Adoptive Families of Wisconsin, Inc. (LAAF-WI, Inc.) is a nonprofit organization supporting families adopting children of Latin American heritage.
We believe that families need to make informed decisions regarding adoption, and that they benefit from mutual support and from our collective experience.
LAAF-WI, Inc. also believes that every child should be given the opportunity to maintain connections to their cultural heritage and the wider adoption community as well.
LAAF-WI, Inc.:
- Provides support, guidance, and information for families wishing to adopt from Latin America, as well as after completion;
- Provides a support network for Latin American adoptive families including social, educational, and cultural events;
- And raises funds to sponsor projects locally and in developing Latin American countries, which will improve the quality of life for the children who will benefit from these projects.
